"Pros Outweigh the Cons." on by shermika
Pros: Nice graphics and Good, clear pictures
Cons: Side without Screen Unattractive even UGLY
Summary: I am satisfied with the phone. I have tried out 3 other phones and I like this one best. If you are not superficial this phone is for you. I keep my phone turned on screen side, That is the only way that it looks good. The menu is clear and uncomplicated, Buttons are spaced apart alowing you to push what you intend. The other features that I look for are all there and simple to utlilize: Voice dialing, Caller ID etcetera..

"Good for awhile" on by bml3k
Pros: Nice features; Neat features on first site
Cons: Swivel breaks easily
Summary: Had this phone for about a year and half with no problems. Able to use it in locations where people with other phones using Sprint service were unable to receive service. Swivel broke while opening the phone to answer a call and now the phone is in two pieces and useless. Have to find a way to get a hold of my phone book. I used the swivel feature alot for the first six months and then used it rarely if at all after that so I hesitate to say it was from overuse.

"Good phone but you can do better for the money" on by SkyeW4
Pros: Swivel screen is durable and handy, camera takes solid pictures for emailing, solid feature set
Cons: Works with Sprint so your service is spotty, a little bulky, poor battery life
Summary: When I first bought this phone at the end of 2003, it was the flagship of Sprint's line but it's now been surpassed by better technology. This phone does have all the features most people need and the camera function is good enough to send decent photos by email. Sprint's Vision service works well enough and is relatively cheap. The swiveling screen and rotating camera lens make picture taking that much easier with this camera. I find the buttons are fairly easy to use and the navigation menu is pretty straightforward. One feature I use a lot is the alarm function, which allows you to set multiple alarms at different times and with different ringers. When I first bought this phone, the screen resolution was cutting edge but now it's fairly mediocre. I have had problems with battery life on this phone, but I am still not sure if it's the phone or just bad luck with the battery. The size of this phone is my main issue - it's too big to comfortably carry in your pocket - it's no Motorola Razr. If you're looking at purchasing this phone for over $200, I'd opt for newer technology.

"Swivel feature breaks easily, terrible speaker" on by meaganc0418
Pros: Good reception, But that is simply the carrier
Cons: Swivel feature breaks if turned wrong way, impossible to fix. People cannot hear on other cell phones. Not many choices to personalize. No external caller ID.
Summary: This phone is a terrible choice. I have been with Sprint for 3 years and had 12 phones. 11 of which were Samsung. I have had several phone's microphones break mid-conversation and become unreapairable. Swivel on phone breaks with wrong turn and phone will be loose and difficult to talk on. DO NOT BUT THIS PHONE. Sprint has even discontinued because of similar problems with other customers.
