Cons Where do I begin
Summary I upgraded from my clunky i530 and have regretted it. I never had problem with my i530.
I upgraded to the M300 and have had problems everyday. Calls are not getting thru, I can't hear it, the pictures are not very good, the multi-funtion button is too small (I keep hitting the wrong area), the battery would die after a little over one day...
I called Sprint service to complain and they opened a ticket order for me. I called back after three days of not hearing from them. I finally got hold of a guy that knew something. He told me that the notes on the ticket said that Sprint could not get thru to me nor leave a voice mail, so they closed the ticket. LOL, I guess they did not get the hint that something was not working right.
The serivce people said it was a tech prob and the tech people said the phone is fine. But I get no reception in Pittsburgh. I am pretty tired of saying and hearing "What did you say, you are breaking up?" -

Summary Have had this phone for about a week, it is extremely easy to use, has a decent camera. My only complaint is the battery is very short lived and you cannot find a car charger for this phone in the DFW, TX area at this time.

Cons Very Basic
Summary This was the first phone I had on an actual cell phone plan. I loved the color and how I could check my makeup in the reflective external face. The camera was good for what I needed and had a decent battery life. I loved the external screen. I would definitely recommend this phone to someone who only needs/wants something basic. :)
