"Good basic phone that will serve you well."
on by hlouiesjPros Samsung 360 is an upgrade to the M300, which served me well for 3 years. It has an larger capacity battery than the previous one. The screen is sharper and larger. The features sets are nice and easy to get to. The camera is slight better also.
Cons The ring tones available aren't as loud as on the M300 and not as well suited for my taste.
Summary It is a good upgrade over the M300 which I enjoyed using as a basic phone. It has a longer lasting battery, sharper display, and easy to maneuver around setups and icons. The nicest thing is that it is free as long as you sign up again for another 2 years with Sprint. I might add the activation is also free and next day shipping as well. Can't beat that here.

"Not recommended- i loathe this phone."
on by lvs4rockPros Excellent battery life
Cons The CAMERA BUTTON!see 'cons' portion of ottoJax' review. 'Lost' calls and alarms. Delayed and inconsistent response to input from keypad. Ringer volume woefully inadequate impossible to hear when on the road. Can't use old style earplug or headset
Summary I truly hate this phone, it's been nothing but trouble and frustration since day one. I cant just call someone in my contact list-use keypad to enter a phone number in the list and the phone screen informs me that it's an 'invalid number' while also naming the person the number belongs to. What REALLY infuriates me is that it's inconsistent-some numbers I can direct dial and some not.The overall phone design would be okay if not for that blasted camera button-This design was obviously never given a real-world use simulation. I bought a PHONE w/a camera function, NOT a camera w/ phone-so why is the PHONE the least user friendly and most difficult feature to use? The second, 'outer' screen featured by this model is superfluous-EVERY time I handle the phone I have to open it and 'END' the camera function. I use the alarm function frequently but it could use some 'tweaking'-half the time I'm not given a snooze optiom and a 'quick alarm' feature would be a big plus.I have still more gripes with this phone, but to continue would be pointless. Avoid this phone.

"Good Basic Phone, But Will Keep You Up at Night"
on by ottoJaxPros Great battery life, great signal quality, real buttons that are big enough to use.
Cons The camera button is located exactly where one picks up the phone on the middle edge of the phone. Have had the phone 9 months and still turn the camera feature on almost every time I pick up the phone, and have to turn the camera off to answer the phone
Summary Great phone, but the beeps from the camera and charger are annoying.
When plugged into the charger, the phone beeps 4 times when fully charged. No way to turn off this feature. The phone wakes me up almost every night with 4 beeps when fully charged. Very annoying.

"SAMSUNG M360 MEGA RIP-OFF"
on by RandwilsonBRLAPros User Friendly Key Pad & many features.
Cons Extremely poor workmanship. Samsung 1 year warranty is a joke. If service techs cannot repair easily they will claim it is liquid damaged even if it is not. Phone would not turn off or charge after 60 days use. Check Internet for similar compliants.

"Good,
Good, practical phone"on by tovflaPros Call quality is good. Easy to use, thin, text messages are like conversations since all messages from the same contact are put together.
Cons There is no option to have the phone vibrate when you get a text message
Choice of ringtones are not very good
The phone is a little too big for me when its openSummary I wanted a basic phone with good call quality and text messaging and web browsing capabilities and this phone is just that. It is slim which is great but I think they could have made smaller - although I haven't found a smaller Sprint phone. So far I am very happy with it. It fell on the floor twice and nothing happened to it. I do wish it had a few more features - such as the option to have the phone vibrate when I get a text (you can have it vibrate together with a tone) and a better choice of ringtones.
Sprint users should be aware than once you activate the phone they charge you a $35 restocking fee to return/exchange it.
