"I love this phone!!"
Pros: SD card slot, music player, speaker phone, slim design, great display, cool options, great key pad, wide selection of ringers
Cons: phone can slip out of your hand when flipping open/closed
Summary: I love this phone! I knew I was going to switch to Sprint, but I wasn't happy about their phone selection when I was looking online. I thought I would wind up with a Razr even though I really had no interest in getting one because I hear bad things about them all the time. Man am I glad I actually went to the Sprint store to physically hold and play with the phones. This phone pretty much has all the same features of the Razr, but only better. First of all the display is much sharper and brighter than the Razr display making the Razr look like a cheap toy in comparison. Also this phone has an SD card slot built into the side of the phone for easy access unlike the Razr which has it hidden behind the battery where you have to take the phone apart to get to it. Also the sound quality is excellent on this phone compared to the Razr. My husband had a Razr from T-Mobile for about a week when we were shopping around for cell companies and he said the difference is unbelievable. Another thing that makes this phone superior to the Razr is that there is no lag time when using the menu and different functions on the phone. Everything is instantaneous, and if you've ever had a Samsung phone before options are quite easy to find. I have read a lot of complaints about the key pad on this phone, but I have to disagree with everyone else on that. I love the key pad, the keys are slightly raised so they're easy to find, and they are made from a hard plastic to it takes very little effort to push the buttons unlike some phones I have used with more rubbery keys.
Overall I absolutely love this phone and I am so glad I got it. It comes in both red and silver which I also liked a lot because I got the red one and my husband got the silver. We both couldn't be happier with this phone, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a Razr alternative.

The number keypads are good but the menu/ 4 way button is poorly designed and hard to press. try using something like google maps and you will know how hard its to navigate the map, you frequently end up pressing the wrong button. Try the same menu/ 4 way key on a nokia and you will see the difference.
And I am surprised you gave it a perfect.
