Cons Cannot get my wife to use it (she is comming from the flip phone). But this is just touch screen in general nothing against this phone. Cons Pocket dials 911 all the time. I had 8 voice mails from 911 telling me to stop calling them because there are actual emergencies that need to be attended to.
