looks great, microphone is terrible
Pros: compact, color, easy to use, functional
Cons: terrible ring tones, microphone
ring tones absolutely suck. i mean suck. but this isn't a big deal.
the kicker is the microphone. it picks up external noise so the person you're talking to is deafened (if you're driving or in a loud area) and your voice is often distorted. often times people won't tell you this unless it is really bad, but it is always distorted. i exchanged my phone for another and still had this problem.
avoid this phone.

It would have been nice if they had given us at least one normal ring for a ringtone, they're all pretty cheesy.

Decent PHONE, but no bells or whistles of any value
Pros: Compact, Interesting Ring Tones
Cons: Ringtones, Phonebook, Menus, ease of use
Clamshell design FEELs flimsy, always afraid of breaking screen/speaker part. Sound is low, even at high volume.
Reception is better than my family member's year old motorola, so this seems like a phone feature.
Menu is ridiculous; no ability to just have text buttons, just film style and page style. Page style is confusing and hard to use. Film style is cartoonish, but easier to use!
Cannot send text messages after 3 months of owning it, perhaps network changes, may not be phone.
If I choose a different network, it will not stay on that network for long, so outside calling area's almost impossible to place a call.
Cannot set ringtones for each person in your phonebook, only in groups. And cannot silence certain calls, MUST have a ring tone for EVERYTHING. Would've liked to only be alerted by tone when family member calls.. no features that permit that.
Cannot change if a contact is stored on phone, or sim card after contact is entered; would have to delete contact and re-add.
Like all cell-phones, has a tendency to turn off all by itself at times.. but that's been rare for me.
The phone works, it has good call quality, decent sound. But its NOT good for organization, features, or ease of use.
You can find better phones out there. But its a good phone for what it does sucessfully, clear calls and fewer dropped calls. Its not a waste of money, but its certainly not the BEST of the BEST.
Because of recent network buy outs, I'm having to get new phones (Motorola V220 - which I would prefer to have over the Samsung Phone).
But I can say I'd not have any problem continuing to use this phone if I didn't HAVE to replace it.
I would have prefered a Motorola phone for its ease of use, and general reliablity. But this phone did the job!

Not a good phone if you don't keep it in your hand!
Pros: I have had this phone for three months now. It is lightweight, easy to slip in your pocket.

Pros: I like the picture quality and animations. Small, palm sized phone. Loud ring tones which is a plus for those of us hard of hearing. Small and light weight and holds a good charge. Good reception and overall call quality.
Cons: Received as an insurance "replacement" for my broken motorola t721. T721 has SCADS more features which I dearly miss! This phone (x426) has no outside window. No voice command calling, more steps to make calls by phonebook than is probably safe (driving

Great Features, 3 MAJOR Issues
Pros: The x426 is a feature packed phone. I mean, it's nice. If you are looking for an inexpensive phone that has all the basic bells and whisles, but do not make tons of calls, this is you phone!
Cons: The three major issues are: 1) A non-standard 2.5mm headset jack. So this means that you can only use the poor Samsung earbud that comes with the phone. (No one makes a 3rd party headset for this phone. Period.) 2) The phone has NO noise supression i
