Pros: Everything but the direct connect work great
Cons: My direct connect only works about 30% of the time.
Summary: I purchased this phone in June, when I renewed my Sprint contract (previously had Nextel). It was great at first, never had a problem with is. By November, I started having minor problems with DC connecting. Last week, we visited family out of town, they still have Nextel. Their DC worked GREAT, mine did not work AT ALL! The internet still worked, text, phone, all that, just no DC. Ok, I got over that. Got home and it was back to partially working. Last night, I got an emergency DC from family. I could NOT get back through to them. When it normally doesn't work, I will get a message that the person is not reachable with Direct Connect. I try again, I get a message that they are busy on another DC call. THEN, they finally call me back and tell me they couldn't understand a thing I said! My 1st message goes through on their end, but not mine! Well, this happened last night. A death in my family and I couldn't even get through! I am so finished with Sprint! If I did not have another 1 1/2 years of contract, I would just go with boost $50 unlimited everything! I pay more then that on Sprint and DO NOT get everything!

Pros: Small size, color and features
Cons: Phone turns on and off by itself 3-4 times a day. When battery if fully charged, phone turns off by itself.
Summary: I originally had the Motorola ic-602 phone which was a very good phone, but after 1 1/2 years, the screen broke so I took it in for exhange, but apparently the 602 wasn't available anymore so I was given the Samsung z400 for the last 6 months of my contract. I have had to exchange it 3 times in the last 4 weeks because all 3 phones (and batteries) have a flaw. About 4 times a day, the phone will reset itself. It will turn off and back on for no reason. But the worse part about this phone is that when you put it on the charger. Once the phone is fully charged, it will shut off. All 3 phones did this, with different batteries. If you don't need a reliable phone, then this is the phone for you, otherwise DO NOT GET THIS PHONE AS A REPLACEMENT. CALL SPRINT AND COMPLAIN. MAKE THEM SEND YOU A DIFFERENT PHONE!!!!.

Pros: Key pad is very usable
Cons: It calls some phonebook without knowing most for me is Direct Connect.Gloved hands cannot operate the key pad.
Summary: I think the battery life could be longer and the speaker could be a little more audible in working conditions where there are more heavy equipment in operation.

"Great Durable Phone with Good Push To Talk Performance" on by mdprotector
Pros: Lightweight, durable, long battery life, clear speaker, rugged construction
Cons: Out screen a litte too small
Summary: This is an excellent durable phone by Samsung made in the spirit of the older Nextel Motorola phones. The phone is rubberized, large battery, clear speakers and just also recieved a firmware upgrade.
Camera and screen is clear and all buttons works as expected.

Pros: Good sound quality, other end can't tell I'm on a cell phone.
Cons: Battery life is horrible.
Summary: Roughly 15 hours standby max. 6 hours standby and a 50 min call until dead. Hopefully you'll have a few chargers and always be near a place to use them. Wish I was still in my 30 day no questions asked return time, then back it would go. And these times are on the second one, the first one was actually a little better. Now I'm told these times are "normal" for this phone.
