"Unreliable Phone"
Pros: Small size, color and features
Cons: Phone turns on and off by itself 3-4 times a day. When battery if fully charged, phone turns off by itself.
Summary: I originally had the Motorola ic-602 phone which was a very good phone, but after 1 1/2 years, the screen broke so I took it in for exhange, but apparently the 602 wasn't available anymore so I was given the Samsung z400 for the last 6 months of my contract. I have had to exchange it 3 times in the last 4 weeks because all 3 phones (and batteries) have a flaw. About 4 times a day, the phone will reset itself. It will turn off and back on for no reason. But the worse part about this phone is that when you put it on the charger. Once the phone is fully charged, it will shut off. All 3 phones did this, with different batteries. If you don't need a reliable phone, then this is the phone for you, otherwise DO NOT GET THIS PHONE AS A REPLACEMENT. CALL SPRINT AND COMPLAIN. MAKE THEM SEND YOU A DIFFERENT PHONE!!!!.
