"Better than Expected" on by lapratt
Pros: Large screen, great battery life, lots of features, small size
Cons: slippery keys, bluetooth drains battery, fragile screens
Summary: When I first saw the phone, I was very excited and wanted to be one of the first to buy one. But, I held off and did my homework. Many of the reviews I've read downgraded the pone. Despite these, I went ahead and bought it, making sure of the return policy. I'm glad I did.
I don't need fany features such as tv and 3G support. I just need a phone that makes and recieves calls, and that holds a lot of contacts and scheduled events. This phone more than fulfills my needs. It has a huge screen and tons of features. The only downside is that it doesn't have a video recorder, only a camera.
The battery life on this phone is phenomenal. It can go several days on Standby with about and hour of talk time in between. If you turn the bluetooth on, though, it only lasts for about a day. Also, the people at the Sprint Store said that the screen is too fragile to put in a pocket, so I had to put out another $20 on a holster.
Overall, this is a great phone. If you're looking for a phone that does what a cell phone is supposed to do, plus a few extra features, this phone is for you. If you want a media phone with mp3 and 3G support, then you're losing the true meaning of a cell phone. It's strengths overwhelm it's weaknesses, and I would recommend this phone to anybody.
