"Exceptional Reception and Call Quality"
Pros: Very Cool Appearance, Love the lights as well. The best part of the phone is the crystal clear call quality. I've had many cell phones and this by far is the best sounding phone I've ever used.
Cons: Music buttons could have been a bit larger but still easy to push
Summary: Overall I love the phone so far. I've only been using it for a day but as I mentioned earlier the sound and reception are fantastic. We live in an area that doesn't get the best reception and this phone gets 3 bars of service where my old phone only got 1. The Sprint rep at the retail store showed me a couple of cool features of the phone. First she told me that Sanyo only makes phones for Spirnt which surprised me because I know that the other manufactures make phones for all of the carriers. Some cool features include this phone lets you place a caller on hold by holding the side camera button down. The person on the other end gets a recorded message asking them to please hold, their call will be answered shortly. That will come in handy at a bar
They also showed me how to listen to the voicemails being left for me with screen calling. You can actually listen to a voicemail and then hit talk to take the call. One more thing. You can lock down the entire phone book and control the ability to make or receive incoming or outgoing calls. The sales girl at the Sprint store actually gave me a handout that explained how to access these features. This is the best phone since the Sanyo 8400. I also ot one for my daughter who is 13 because of the ability to lock the phonebook.

Thanks for the great review. I am thinking about getting this phone. The only thing that I am worried about are the external buttons for the music player. My current phone has an external push to talk button (which I don't have service for). Whenever this button gets bumped, it asks me if I want to activate this service. It's pretty annoying. I guess what I really want to know is are the external buttons easily pushed by accident? If not, that's great. If so, that's a problem because I have been dealing with this for the last two years and swore I would never get another phone with external buttons likethis. If it's not a problem, I will get this phone because everything else about it sounds great. Thanks for your help.

Did you find it slippery and hard to use?
