"loses signals, drops calls, people can't hear me or complaints that phone too loud"
Pros: auto answer headset
Cons: poor picture quality
Summary: Not a good phone, even with all fancy features. Calls drop, signal fades, you either can't hear them or they can't hear you or you are to loud and they have to lower volume. I am very disappointed with performance of this phone.

Where is satxme located? Is he primarily using the phone in metropolitan Chicago or rural, central West Virginia? Sometimes geographical characteristics and Sprint coverage density can explain the dropped calls. All reviewers should be identified as to their general locality. I'm in central FL and only have ocassional issues (on PCS) when traveling through the center of the Everglades, well to the south of my area.

This is a cool multimedia phone with excellent sound quality. The speakerphone option is very important to me and Sanyo always impressed me with the quality of their speakerphone. This is my third Sanyo phone and first one with the camera & video option. Of course the quality of photos and video is not great, but the built in flash does improve it a little bit. If you want decent quality photos then use a 2.0+ mgp camara not your camera phone.
The buttons are a little small but then I do have large fingers. I love the many customizable options (especially the customizable picture & ring tone caller ID) along with the crystal clear colorful screen.
