"Great PCS phone!"
Pros: This replaced an old Samsung that got terrible reception. Went with this phone for it's sturdy design (Sprint's camera phones are way to flimsy!), good reviews, and large display with good interface. So far it's reception seems crystal clear...now I can
Cons: Can't think of many for the phone....I don't like how Sprint makes you be signed onto the vision network to get more ringtones/backgrounds/games. So I bought a USB link to download data from my computer, and backup my contacts.

Sound quality's far from great, just fair.
Having a speakerphone capability is great but I believe it's a halfduplex, meaning if one person's talking, he or she can't hear the other person talk.
I just had to replace the included single prong charger with "data port" charger since there was bad contact. Try incessant beeping of charger connecting / disconnecting in the middle of the night. Coupled with just average battery life, this has been a great annoyance. Extra visit to a Sprint store meant being the only person in line, yet receiving NO attention whatsoever for 20 minutes, then approaching the ONLY SERVICE rep in sight who was furiously SELLING home long distance to a customer, THEN having to argue with him that since I've also purchased a single prong car adapter with the phone I should have it replaced with the data port car adapter. Both the phone and Sprint's customer service leave a LOT to be desired. Just my $.02.
