"Nice Sanyo Phone, BAD Sprint Service"

Summary: Letter I sent to Sprint:
Your web site is awful. I can never pay my bills online. It's always broken, and rarely secure. I tried again last week. Today my service was cut, and the website is still broken - no surprise. Your automated phone support hangs up - par for you guys. And every time my service is cut I have to call in and wait on hold behind all the other poor saps that signed up with Sprint to pay their past due bill because the company can't make a usable web site. At least Raymond was kind enough to waive the "payment processing fee" for using the phone to pay my bill. I told him how awful your web site was, and he promised it would be better the next time, because all of the new enhancements you guys have made. I told Raymond I would never pay a payment processing fee while the web site was still broken, and your automated phone service hung up on me. I liked Raymond - he made me laugh alot. Every month that I have to pay my Sprint bill I remember why I regret ever signing up with Sprint in the first place. The next time you hear a vacuum running, remember me and the other unsatisifed customers running (not walking) to another - any other - wireless provider. And say Hi to Raymond for me, k?

Sorry to hear that you feel that way about Sprint's Customer Service, BUT I have been a customer for 6+ years & have NEVER had that experience!!
FYI-
Maybe you should try paying your bill via on-line banking!! OR not waiting until the last minute to pay your bill
