Pros KEY GUARD, RING TONES, NICE TO LOOK AT AND HOLD, TEXT MESSAGES FOLLOW A THREAD IN ONE CONVERSATON. NAVIGATION GREAT. GIVES MORE INFO THAN JUST DRIVING DIRECTION.

Cons BATTERY LIFE MIGHT NOT BE THAT GREAT

Summary purchased this phone from Sprint and I love it. It does not have Sprint TV, Sprint Radio nor does it support Pandora. If you can live without those, then it's very nice. You can access the internet, texting is very very easy, the Navigation is great! Not only doe sit give you directions, but it will give you address and phone numbers in 10 seconds. It has pleasant ring tones, feels nice in your hand, comfortable fit while using. Some will complain about the keys being small but I thought the same about the Blackberry. If the keys are bigger than you will have a bigger phone! I've had the Motorola Q (which was a mistake to purchase), Samsung Slider phone (which was a great buy for a small compact phone that did a lot) and my husband uses the Blackberry Curve 8330 which to me is a lot of hype because of the name Blackberry. So, with all that being said, I am satisfied with the phone. I would buy it again or for someone. Also, the price is fantastic!

Pros Great for calls and texting. Cam takes ok pics if there is enough light. Solid and Built really well. I've dropped it many times and its never cracked.

Cons Not really for internet use. The screen is too small and navigation is too hard.

Summary Good basic phone for basic functions and that's how it needs to be perceived. No Frills. I've had the phone for almost 3 years and have not had any of the battery or reception problems that the other reviewers had.

Pros Camera works great, and this phone will actually call me to remind me of an impending appt... which leads to the problem... you won't HEAR the call come in...

Cons The speaker placed on the back of the phone is so poor, I've never heard it ring.

Summary I don't know what problem CNET found with the camera, it works great - takes as clear a picture as any of my other 1.3 MP phones prior.

BUT the speaker is GARBAGE. You can NOT hear it ring - the only speaker is on the back of the phone - and not only is it garbage but it's muffled by laying the phone down. I bought 2 ringers immediately after purchasing the phone - they sound AWFUL. Static is so bad, you can't make out the lyrics at all. And I haven't received one phone call that I answered from actually HEARING it ring.

In my purse or laying on the counter, the phone is useless. In my hand on vibrate, I can make AND receive calls.

Again, the camera works great (no vid tho). SPEAKER BLOWS.

Pros I have never had a better phone than this one! Better than Smartphones!

Cons It works well, and easy to use. Does most everything: Maps, Text, Calls, alarm clock, Web browser, and so much more!

Summary I suggest you buy this phone and use it for MORE than 2 years. I have mine and it is about 5 years and still works perfectly. Get it and be happy!
