"As of March/2005, still the best phone ever made" on by lex thor

Pros: super light & thin therefore it's always with me

    Cons: discontinued by Sprint

Summary: Dont need a phone that doubles as a phone or microwave. Just want a phone that's light & thin so can carry in shirt pocket or suit jacket without noticing bulk & weight, whether at work, in light cotton shorts or tux. If it's not always with me, it's of no use. Weighs less than my cell phone bill & thin as a ruler. Never notice it's with me 'til I need it. Original cost was $300, can still find new ones on ebay for $100. Batteries like all phones do wear out over time but replacements cost only $7. Phone has everything u'd want in a str8 forward phone. 4 years later still beats the Razr3 for the "wow factor". Sprint please bring this phone back! People that complain about deteriorating service may not realize like all phones u need get to free software periodic update/service by Sprint.

Summary: I love this phone unfortunately i had to give it up because it wasnt Sprint new VISIOSN PHONES. vision phones allow you unlimited acces to the net and texts. Sprint charged me .39 cents a min every time i text and used the web - I miss it - I doubt i will find another phone like it :(

"Cute, Stylish but with battery flaw" on by kmi1477

Pros: Great phone, stylish, above average reception

Cons: battery overheated and leaked, corroding the phone after about a year of use.

Summary: I was told by Sprint that we should have replaced the battery. The phone was replaced under our extended service agreement after a fight because they said corrosion was not covered and we argued successfully that it was caused by the battery. I have had 5 different cell phones and never had a battery problem before or after this phone.

If you plan to buy this phone, replace the battery every 6 months.

"It used to be good..." on

Pros: Very slim, not a flip phone... good reception.

Cons: My ringer is almost impossible to hear... even other people who hear it are amazed I can even hear it at all. That might just be a defect in my phone, but I couldn't change it since I got if off of amazon.com. Also, after like 8 months of use... the batte
