"If there was a .1 star, I would have selected it." on by DuckDumper12

Pros: The products slide out Keyboard is user friendly and smooth to use. This is the only good thing about the phone.

Cons: Drops calls, doesn't recognize SD card more than 90% of the time, Mute button is right at cheek so you mute the call w/o knowing half the time and it's difficult to undo the mute. Wont allow good quality photos to be sent via IMS. No PassWord lock,

Summary: In terms of functionality and use, the phone is miserable. I'm surprised I managed to put up with it this long. I'm going back to my old Samsung Solstice which worked 100x's better. Like I mentioned before, the SD card will drive a man insane. The phone for some reason looks as if its reading the card but will not allow you access of its data 90% of the time. Even if you turn the phone off and back on. My other complaint is that when you make a call or receive a call and place it up to your face, all it takes is the slightest brush of your cheek to send the call into "Mute Mode" Big deal? Yes, such a pain and when you go to unmute the phone it does not want to register that your attempting to unmute the phone. By this time the other person has hung up. Sometimes the alarm will sound off when there is not even one set. It's almost as if the phone is possessed. My buddies send me picture messages and when you view them, there is a default "OPTION" button that takes up a big portion of the view display that cannot be turned off and is constantly displayed which means viewing the image is difficult and sometimes impossible. The battery dies faster than you can keep the thing charged. Turning the phone on takes nearly a minute for some reason. It sits in an idle mode until it decides it's ready to finally boot up. When you send a text message, it takes a very long time to send. If your inbox is full, you can't send out any texts until you delete items which leads me into another HUGE complaint... There is no way of "Locking a specific text msg" so when you go to delete your inbox messages, you need to scroll through every single message and unselect delete if you want it to remain in your inbox. This is the biggest pain ever! Another complaint is that there is no way to password lock your phone after you have it turned on. So people can take your phone and go through your data because there is n way of setting a password for media files etc. The phone also tries to load the internet when its in your pocket. Even if you try and screen- lock the phone, somehow more chances than not, when you remove it from your pocket, the internet is loaded. There's other problems too but I'm tired of typing about them because it is stressing me out. I can't wait till my other phone arrives. I would never recommend this phone to anyone unless you like a challenge or like to be annoyed every time you want to use your phone. I just wish someone would have write a review telling the truth about this phone before I dropped 100 bucks on it. What a waste. I guess to some people, they don't mind the phone because it has "good weight". Wow. Be careful of reviews and take mine seriously. Just be careful.
