"Glass Jaw of the Industry"
Pros: Bluetooth, size
Cons: Durability, speakerphone is weak
Summary: Small size is great. Bluetooth works well. Drop it once and it is history. I do not mean dropping it from various levels just for fun; drop it on a hard surface, like on your desk from your pocket kind of dropping. The buttons and chrome (poor excuse for an ear piece) pop off like Mr. Potato Head being hit by a bigger brothers wiffle bat. Trying to find replacement case covers for this model is like trying to find Jay Leno original.

I have had this cell phone for 3 years. I have dropped it close to a dozen times, and it still works fine. You just have bad luck. LOL sucka.
