"Great form-factor - bad phone"
Pros: Form factor is perfect, functionality is good
Cons: Software on phone is FLAKY. I have upgraded to latest firmware which helped, but the phone has pretty bad reception. I never have a great signal and calls are frequently dropped. If I use other GSM phones in the same areas, I don't have signal problems

Pros: Small, yet expandable. No external antenna. Battery life is very good.
Cons: 1 key reqires two strikes to activate. Cannot dial the instant phone is slid open, (for quick use) phone has to "activate" first.

Pros: First of all, let me say that this is by far the best looking phone of all time. I get comments on it all the time from everyone. The only other pro is the range of ring tones. Notice that in this section I am not mentioning ANYTHING about call quality
Cons: I have never had so many dropped calls in my life. Every single call I make is dropped at least twice during the course of the conversation (my service is AT&T in Denver, CO which is normally wonderful). Then there is the matter of the phone complet
