"revolutionary design but needs sprucing up in the software"
Pros: mp3, video & photos, expansion slots, bluetooth...
Cons: keyboard and the numerous times the phone just hangs!!!
Summary: while the product is well engineered and packs a host of features, the basics have yet to be improved... the phone simply hangs up or disconnects between an ongoing conversation. and this requires you to pull out the battery and restart it. in addition, the frequent automatic reboot of the phone is a 'feature' that requires improvement!
