Sonim XP3 Quest (unlocked)

Pros: Honestly can't think of any

Cons: 1)Screen broke in less than a month
2)Microphone went in less than 4 months
3)Been waiting for a replacement for over 1 month
4)Customer service is suddenly scarce when it comes to replacement.
5)Speakerphone has never worked well.

Summary: I knew that I was getting a product that didn't have bells and whistles. I knew that it was bulky and heavy. I knew that despite these facts it would be pricey. I also knew some people had issues right away. What is supposed to win out over all these facts was it's durability for most and easy replacements for others. I was told, during my research prior to purchase, I would be shipped a replacement within 24 hours if I experienced problems. As you can see, I have. I sent it in and have attempted to contact Sonim multiple times for the simple courtesy of being informed what is going on as it has now been over a month since I sent it in. There hasn't been many replies beyond finding it miraculously in their warehouse after a week, shipping a week after that, finding out it was sent to the wrong address a week after that and now a further week+ later I am still trying to figure out what is going on. Beware. I just wanted to provide balance to those that have had a wonderful experience. Mine sure has not been.
