"There is more than one lemon in every batch!"
Pros: Great array of featues, excellent graphics and OS style. Very good camera. After a couple of days the userabillity is simple.
Cons: Where do I start? The first phone failed after 4 days of use, the 2nd phone failed after 7 days of use. When it failed, calls could not be made. Sony Ericsson had none or little interest in helping, and when it was agreed to fix the phone its taken over 6

That's a pity, it must have been really the unlucky one to have got hold of a "faulty" unit. This must be the one & only isolated case.

The phone failed after five weeks. I waited almost two months for repairs (sent off by Vodafone) only to be told it had corrosion and would not be replaced. Vodafone retailers told me they no longer sell this phone beacuse of the number returned with this problem-I was told it was unsuitable for use in Queensland (Australia) because humidity caused corrosion. What a joke. Woeful customer service. I will stick with Nokia from now on.
