"Those phone have abnormal random freeze ups and reboots, must have a bug or a manufacturing defect"
Pros: Easy send and receive contacts to other Bluetooth devices
Cons: Don't even think about getting one because it will not function properly, it will keep restarting and freezing
Summary: For the look, it is nice but for using it it is bad experience I had my first phone, had to exchange it because it kept restarting randomly especially when you are in the middle of a conversation or while you are trying to connect to the internet, my phone was still under warranty, I exchanged it for a second new one but I was facing the same problems and same symptoms with the phone freezing and restarting, I went back to the sprint store and they replaced it again, now this is the third brand new unit, I still have the same problem, this phone keeps freezing and restarting, I regret spending $199.00 to buy it, having a plan with internet access while I cannot connect, and if it works it is too slow.
Sorry but this is the truth.
