"People are morons, dont know how to use a phone"
Pros: Small compact and nicely designed
Cons: No flash, Camera is good for quick pictures not high quality ones.
Summary: I used a T610 phone for three years, my wife has gone threw about 15 in 3yrs, always seeing a nokia or samsung and buys it thinking she will love it. In the end i always caught her taking my phone or trying to.
After three years i decided to upgrade. And even then my t610 is still used today by my wife. And people at worked have even offered 100+ for me to part with it. Even after 3yrs, i have been on the same battery, same cover, same everything. Battery doesnt need charging for 3+ days, thinking i dont talk alot? try 10k+ minutes a month, think the joystick is weak? try 1500 messages a weak..
I get this phone brand-new unlocked from simon.
And the signal strength is great, i work in a mall and in my store im the only one that gets a signal throughout the store more than halfbars all the time.
The sound volume is great, never to low or to loud.
Screen brightness is good, almost great, outside in the bright desert sun, it sometimes can be hard to see.
Bluetooth, what can i say a life savor, the ability to leave my phone at the desk walk all around the store (30ft or so) and not have to take the phone with me is superb(and why i kept my t610 so long). Makes all those new 300+ dollar phones without bluetooth seem pointless and out of date.
IR is sweet, no need for cables once again to transfer pictures themes etc, from my laptop that has IR, or even to my t610
.
And for people giving this a 1 or a 2? come on SPEAKERPHONE?!?!?! you want speakerphone? guess you cant afford bluetooth headsets and have the freakin speaker right in your ear. How did you afford the phone?
MP3 player? lol come on any mp3 player phone doesnt have bluetooth or IR, and if it does, your looking far north of 180 bucks try about 300, go by a 100 creative labs 2gb mp3 player, better than any phones memory. lol mp3 player for praticle use, one or ten songs yes, but a true mp3 player, once again your a broke fool, how did you afford this phone?
Camera, granted its not the best, but for quick shots on the go, i dont need a high quality camera phone. thats what i got a 5megapixel camera for. Anything more than this and once again your looking to pay more for the phone and once again no bluetooth or IR. Buy a camera for highquality shots, how did you afford the phone?
Any body looking for a solid phone, with hand saving bluetooth, fun easy IR, and a optional GamePad for games(making others look pathetic again). This is the phone. I expect this phone to be with me for a long time just like my t610 thats still with us. Well that is untill sony ericsson comes out with something better for around the same price...
all those 1 or 2 user ratings, dont listen to them they are the people who dont understand the word bluetooth or IR, that especially goes to the guy that said bluetooth messed with the TV. Funny considering that its almost Physics impossible. The incoming signal can mess with the tv em sepctrum, but after the call has been picked up, the signal is stablized and the disruption is gone.
believe me if bluetooth messed with the tv, the xbox 360 wouldnt be using a modified version of it nor would the PS3 using a unmodified bluetooth signal. LOL noobs...
