"Very Lacking"
Pros: Small size
Cons: Dull Display, Low Ringer
Summary: I had this phone unlocked and used on T-mobile.
The speaker is low.
The display is dim.
The ringers are low, the vibrate mode is soft.
The screen was easily scratched.
The only good thing about this phone is the compact size, light weight and it is aesthetically pleasing.

the phone works great including the camera and every one complaining about the ringer not loud its fine on mine but my friends isnt but he downloaded some ringers and they work great

I also purchased an unlocked phone and am using T-mobile.
We all seem to have the same opinion on the lack of speaker but unless i am missing something, there is also no mute button. I have been on many phone calls and conference calls where I have been desperate for a mute button to block out background noice while I am listening.
also, concerning the low ring tones. I am using the "sony ericsson" ring tone on "increasing ring" with "vibrate". Its a pretty good combination but the highest pitch on the increasing ring can get pretty obnoxious.
