"Extremely poor quality"
Pros: Beautiful, very good features, good operation
Cons: Unreliable, feels cheap
Summary: Initially I couldn't have been happier with this phone. It's easy to use and has very nice features (including a very good music player and a serviceable camera). Battery life is at least on par with most other phones I've had. Reception was excellent and generally I couldn't have been happier with the operation of the phone.
The low rating is entierly because of the shoddy quality of this phone. In several respects its manufacture feels cheap:texting can be difficult as the keys have a very spongy feel, making it easy to hit a key twice or not at all. There is a large gap between the sliding portion and the keypad which simply feels cheap and poorly assembled.
Mostly, however, this phone is extremely unreliable. I have had this phone for 6 months now and have twice had to return it for a new phone because the display has gone completely haywire. I have not dropped or otherwise abused it, it just quit working one day for both phones. I would change in a second for a different phone if I could but the store will only allow same model refunds. So I'm about to get a third one and hope that this one lasts until my current contract runs out and I can get something reliable.
Stay away from this lemon!
