"A Step Up from Moto"
Pros: Excellent phone reception, easy to navigate menu, mp3 player w/ airplane mode, voice dialing
Cons: small buttons
Summary: I have been using Moto phones for years and it was a big decision for me to change brands.
I am not a big fan of my phone functioning as anything but a phone, but I was interested in the MP3 player function and being able to disable the phone and use it on an airplane helped drive my choice.
The keys are small, but they are on most phones. I have read about concerns of the keys cracking, I don't see that as being a problem. Music is easy to load, all software for the phone including software to backup your phone numbers to Outlook is available at no cost on the Sony website.
The menu is easy to navigate. There is a learning curve and that could be because I used Moto phones for so long, and the Moto menu's are difficult to navigate.
The voice dialing works great. You can even activate it with a voice command. Very cool.
Headphones come with the phone. They plug into the microphone so you can unplug them and plug in headphone of your choice and still have the microphone for talking on the phone.
The camara is 2 megs, not something I will use often but could use in a pinch. I have taken pictures of people and attached to their name so their face shows when they call. You can also use MP3's as ringtones.
I have not used the pedometer or the shake to choose music function.
If this phone has the functions you are looking for I think you will be pleased.
