"Good phone, lousy software, horrible support"
Pros: Excellent reception and sound quality. My old Motorola was a complete POS compared to this. Excellent user interface and features. Good MP3 player and radio. Video and camera OK but could be better.
Cons: The supplied PC suite does not work with Windows XP. There is no product support.
