Pros: this phone has a GREAT camera and video camera. clear screen. very loud when wanting to listen to music without earphones. easy to use voice calling. walkman capability is great. FM radio is good too!
Cons: keys are hard to find when not looking. not a lot of memory for music. need seperate cord for FM radio (comes with phone) big un-nesisary antenna.

"The best phone i have ever owned!"
Pros: Everything including music, camera, screen, video, up/down loads even the swivel design is perfect
Cons: Some people give terrible ratings to this phone and when I read them its obvious they just had a bad customer support issue which aperently causes them to give bias reviews..
