"Sickages. Best phone I've had in a while." on by Skyysoflyy

Pros: Design, Speakers, Battery Life, User Friendly, UI

Cons: A small portion of the right number pad isn't lit up as much as the left, accelerometer only lets you tilt one way, the center button on the red phone is green, so is the back sony ericsson logo (not matching the red)

Summary: I enjoy this phone a lot, I actually only got this phone a couple days ago and have been completely satisfied with it. I think some cool features that other reviews failed to mention were that the speakers are behind and showing through the front call and hangup buttons and they are lit, showing some of the speaker equipment (only shows up in dark) also, the top two things next to the speaker that goes to your ear are actually buttons, not grip. Extremely responsive, very quick to respond to your actigns IE slide it down it will automatically lock to put it in your pocket (you can disable but for most people this is a pro) REALLY cool design, the bottom curves back and I got complete bragging rights today at school. The band on the back is just stylish its also the GPS antenna. back Walkman logo in back glows and it almost matches your songs, It like glows at different depths. High when its loud, Low when its quiet.

Also, as I said the UI is very nice, it looks so cool when starting up and the menus, the walkman media player looks sick and its just overall a sweet phone. I give it a 4.5 out of 5 because of the numberpad not lighting up completely on the right side.

"A couple days of frustration turned into a love affair!" on by mjb1210

Pros: Size, beautiful display, crystal clear sound, easy to navigate through menus

Cons: Keyboard a little cramped, size limitation for MP3 ringtones, slightly slow response to controls

Summary: I went from a BlackBerry Curve to the SE W760a, and couldn't be happier. The Curve is a great phone/PDA, but it was running my life. I needed a break from 24/7 email in the palm of my hand, and i love the SE.

The display is incredibly sharp, takes really nice pictures, and of course doubles as a full function MP3 player. I was baffled for a while as to why I couldn't set an MP3 as a ringtone, but found out through an online forum that they are limited to 292kb. Ringtone creators are readliy available for free online. The PC Suite software is okay, but the Media Manager software is unnecessary. You MUST add a memory card since the phone's internal memory is almost non existent. A 2 gig Memory Stick Micro is more than enough storage, although the phone will take up to a 4 gig card.

It's a great multimedia phone, and you won't be disappointed in your selection.
