"Excellent phone"
Pros: Fantastic operating system and great range of features
Cons: Speaker quality is lacking (even when it comes to ringing)
Summary: Concerns about the small keys are misplaced. This was my biggest concern when I first got the phone, but I now actually find the keypad much faster to use than any I have used in the past. I use the keypad a bit differently - some keys require a thumbnail, others the other itself - but I rarely mistype and I have never been faster on the texting. The screen is very bright and sharp, the range of functions mind-boggling, and the design and build-quality exquisite. The screen is a little small for web pages (which I look at suprisingly frequently on it) and, as I have said, the speaker is not quite up to it. I guess it is difficult to fit a decent speaker in such a tiny unit.
