"Ample features and a low cost means a good phone... as long as it's not sunny outside."
Pros: Cheap, EDGE enabled, MP3 ringtones, Changeable faceplates, Records video, No external antenna, Good reception, Voice dialing, External color display
Cons: Substandard display, Poor power management, Mediocre amount of memory, Not the best quality camera, Very limited pre-installed games/ apps/ themes/ ringtones

"The bulky design belies an internal antenna and a camera with video."
Pros: video/camera, internal antenna w/ great reception, clamshell design, side volume buttons, dual color screens, reliable, tough, mp3 ringtones compatible, picture caller ID, multi-functional
Cons: no brightness control, spkr only avail. when call is connected, bulky, no bluetooth, keypad is sluggish when text msging, dust gets on screens, inconsistent battery life, no full-version games instald

Pros: Got phone in early Jan and have no complaints. Read through the reviews and looks like "locking up" has been a big problem. I have not experienced that with my Z500A. My wife also has the Z500A and it has performed exceptionally. I find it funny that
Cons: Battery does need to be charged often. Included ring tones are horrible, however I was able to create some decent ones with the "Music DJ" included on the phone.

"I find its quirks frustrating"
Pros: Design, construction, internal antenna, call quality
Cons: If volume is set at highest, it warns you everytime you try to use speakerphone. You need to hit ok to warning that loud speaker can damage hearing. I found this extremely annoying. When you type in a number dashes do not appear on screen making it more
