"Sony Ericsson needs to admit they have a bad product!" on by dschehl104
Pros: When this phone works, I really like the quality of the pictures it takes, the volume is great, and it has enough extras to keep me entertained.
Cons: Sony Ericsson is replacing my phone. AGAIN! I don't want another phone that is going to turn off, pause while dialing or texting, not send or receive, or tell me I have an Inactive Smart Chip. The 750a is a lemon, and Sony Ericsson needs to admit it.
Summary: I want a different model, but AT&T and Sony Ericsson will not step up to the plate. This phone obviously is a piece of crap, and to be told my only option is to get a third phone that I know will eventually start having the same issues is unacceptable. I am very disappointed in both companies, I have been a loyal AT&T and Sony consumer for a decade, How disheartening to know that they are not as loyal.

"Don't buy this phone." on by pldon
Pros: The 1 1/2 stars are for easy menu navigation and camera rez. Everything else sucks.
Cons: Poor and speakerphone quality with very little volume, VERY low battery life, very low standby life (not at as advertised), no flash for camera, low ring volume (regardless of ring), slippery body makes it hard to open in a hurry.
Summary: I have been through two of these phones with no improvement. Since At&T/Cingular WOULDN'T do anything else for me when second phone was no better than first and says I am stuck with it for TWO STINKING YEARS, I insisted Sony Ericsson do something. They agree to send me a new battery, (big whoop) but the phone still doesn't perform any better. Their advertising regarding talk time and standby time is completely false. I feel altogether hoodwinked by both Sony Ericsson and AT&T
In addition to everything else wrong with phone, the battery cover is always falling off. The two parts of phone have movement, feels flimsy. If Cingular/ATT store continues to say I can't exchange this for different phone, may have to change providers.

"Worst phone I have ever had; should have kept my Razor!" on by birkel4me
Pros: Color, color, color - Purple.
Cons: Piece of junk...shuts of constantly, drops calls. Att offered to get me a refurb. phone...what??? I had had it one month and paid over $200 with contract for the same but used piece of junk.
Summary: Outraged and feel cheated. Stick with Nokia or Motorola-at least they are reliable. I would be thrilled with a plain phone with no "goodies" that just rang and held a call!

"Critics are too harsh. I liked this phone." on by bunbot
Pros: The interface was really easy to use and the speaker was excellent. The front of the phone made an awesome mirror, but that was about it.
Cons: My phone actually had a battery issue after one year of use. I loved the phone and was sorry to see it go.
Summary: Good for a person seeking a reliable phone. Just don't drop it, it is rather frail.
