"IF YOU DON'T HAVE SPRINT, OR CAN'T READ A MANUAL, THEN DON'T POST A REVIEW!!"
Pros: Great prices/Fair & Flex plans, Free roaming/Lots of phones to choose from/Customer care who is willing to wave fee's/Fast data network
Cons: Nothing....................... .................Nothing
Summary: I just found this web site not five minutes ago. I wanted to see the revews for the Moto Q. Instead I find dozens of the most childish reviews possible! People that will post a 2 or 3, based ON A PROBLEM THEY CAUSED! Others posting nasty reviews, BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T READ THE OWNERS MANUAL! This is suppose to be a place to help others get help. But little kids want to come here posting reviews, that hurt the product and mak others not want to buy it. Just because they can't turn their phone on and off.
So my review of Sprint will be quick.
The best carrier for the price!
The largest network with free voice and data roaming then any other carrier!
The best price for mobile data!
Some of the highest rated phones of any carrier!
Customer care that will wave fee's, EVEN IF YOU MADE THE MISTAKE! Sprint's cust's care has been the nicesty I have run into so far. Try getting an overage fee removed from your account with Cingular or Verizon. Try getting them to give you a loyaity discount. Try getting any other carrier to give you a rebate, even before your contact is up!
Let me put it like this. IF YOU DON'T USE SPRINT, THEN DON'T POST A REVIEW! IF YOU CAN'T READ A MANUAL, THEN DON'T POST A REVIEW ON SOMETHING THAT CAN EASILY BE CORRECTED BY (((READING)) THE MANUAL. AND DON'T POST A REVIEW IF YOU THINK SPRINT IS GOING TO OFFER YOU NASA LIKE SERVICE! NO CARRIER IS PERFECT, BUT IF YOU ARE GOING TO GIVE THEM A 1 RATING FOR A FEW DROPPED CALLS, THEN YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE ANY MONEY TO BUY WIRELESS SERVICE WITH. SPRINT'S A WIRELESS CARRIER, WITH PROS AND CONS BUT THE CONS I HAVE READ IN HERE ARE STUPID!

you wrote a review on t-mobile as well.if you haven't had t-mobile for the past year than u don't know how their coverage has improved.stick to the carrier you know. i know people who had sprint and they said it was horrible.
