Quick Take: The Sprint PM-8912 (Audiovox CDM-8912) is similar to the Audiovox CDM-8910 for Verizon Wireless. The 8912 shares the 8910's VGA camera, speakerphone, and analog roaming (CDMA 800/1900; AMPS 800), but both mobiles have a relatively lackluster design. Additionally, the Sprint handset supports Java (J2ME) instead of BREW. The 8912 is fairly priced at $229, but you should be able to find it for less with a service plan. Hide Review

"Would be better off holding a rock up to the side of my head than this phone..." By _JaKaL_

Pros: Looks and sounds neat when you turn it on.

Cons: Battery lasts about as long as a banana in a cage full of hungry monkeys, and is misrepresented terrible by the salespeople at sprint.

Summary: Junk dont buy it, you will be sorry. Has way too many features and the battery cannot support it. Good idea, bag engineering. Shame on the guys who approved it for release to the public.

"Complete junk." By fierce750

Pros: Silver/blue looks decent

Cons: Battery life is a complete joke

Summary: Worst phone ever owned.
I get 1hr talk time if I am lucky.
I had to turn off every feature on the phone just to get 1 hour of talk time.

The phone does get decent reception though and the camera works fine but is not great by any means.
