Pros: WOW factor with the packaging. Opening it is a treat- comes with a zippered case.
Tons of free apps for who you are, fun or business or what have you.
Trackball & different keyboard options.
Many accessories.
T-Mobile customer service and prices.Cons: Lack of physical keyboard.
Camera could be better.Summary: Blackberry is great but is for business/email users. The iphone is really just an ipod with a phone in it. Palm Pre is for people who.... like tiny keyboards? But the MyTouch is so customizable no two should really be the same. I'm preferrential with the G1 because I'm kinda stuck on the physical keyboard and the G1 has one of the best out there, but if that is not a factor for you, then this phone is terrific.
