"The worst phone I've ever had."
Pros: Cool looking, nice faceplates, awesome for texting.
Cons: Droped phone calls, no service where I used to with a regular phone not a smart phone, dies and deletes contacts without the service, when left too long it will come up with a cartoon of the sidekick and have stars above the device.

"Good phone if you don't get a defective one."
Pros: Keypad is easy to type on, easy to use menu, camera is good. The trackball is a cool feature.
Cons: My text alerts didn't work, you can't use your own mp3's to assign as a ringtone, no calculator, you must have the data plan in order to use aim, yahoo, or msn messengers. No Wi-Fi.
