"Great connection & signal strength, awesome customer service, phone selection could be better"
Pros: Reliable and clear service, great customer service
Cons: Phone choices a bit limited
Summary: I live in Chicago, IL. I switched to T-Mobile after over 3 years with Cingular. Its a difference of night and day. I get signal everywhere, including in buildings, where I never used to get it before. T-Mobile has also expanded its network, but since its GSM, you do find dead zones in extremely rural areas. The customer service is excellent; you get through to a representative virtually without any waiting time no matter when you call, and they seem truly interested in helping you. Once, I was unable to make or receive calls from my home because of a cell site that was down, and even though the problem was fixed in about 24 hours, the tech support agents gave me 300 bonus minutes and 150 free text messages for 60 days to apologize for the inconvenience. What a difference.
The only downside is that T-Mobile doesn't seem to offer as many phones as Cingular or some other wireless companies.
