"worst customer service ever" on by zklsmon
Pros: pricing/plans
Cons: reception/coverage area
Summary: Reception/coverage area, even in metro areas, is often poor.
I have had the worst customer service experience with T-mobile. I have had to call them at least 30 times this year to fix my online bill and it still isn't fixed yet. My helpdesk tickets keep getting closed without the problem being resolved. I have had 4 CSR's tell me that they would escalate my situation to their supervisor, who would call me back within 72 hours. Never happened. When I call up the next CSR, they say I'm sorry there's no notes in here about it being escalated. They tell me it's out of their hands and they have a laundry list of excuses as to why I haven't been taken care of properly.
INCOMPETENT, unwillingness to follow through with any of their promises. They figure if they don't document it on my account, then I can't call them on it later.
They get an F for lack of any effort whatsoever.
I'm canceling my contract!

I had the same experience - notes and action promised but NOTHING happened. I cancelled my contract. They are HORRIBLE!! Worse than Verizon. I contacted the better business bearau and I suggest everyone do it. I'd love to see them sink. No bail outs for T-Mobile.

worst customer service ever at T-Mobile store at 109 E. FM 544 Ste 105 Murphy, TX 75094. Their Manager is unexperianced and unfriendly. The had changed my cell phone number without telling me.

ya tmobile sucks i hate it... my experience was horrible i complained to tmobile for the very first time and i told them my problems soo the best they could do was lower my bill to $89 instead of the $104 that i was paying and i get the bill in the mail and its still $104 then i called back a second time and really gave it to them and told them i want out and i said for the problems i'm having u should at least let me pay u guys $100 instead of the $200 to get out of the contract and they said i'm sorry but the best we can do is $150 which was a joke like one customer is really gonna hurt they're business ya know?

I am having the same problem with T-mobile for the last one and half years. I have no signals in my office building and on my way home. How could we get assistance to cancel the contract without paying the $300 fine.
