"Excellent rates and good coverage where I need it."
Pros: Price, Plans, GSM
Cons: Coverage for those that need it everywhere
Summary: 5 phone lines for over 4 years and no real problems that were not address fairly. Only program that I could find with unlimited text for all 5 phones for $10. Nothing compares. Family plan with plenty of minutes and excellent customer service.Updated
I have been with T-Mobile for over 7 years. They have been excellent to work with and have solved the few problems I have had quickly. They regularly advise me on better rate plans and options for my family. They are also the only plan I could find that had unlimited text for my whole family for $10. With 2 teenagers, that was critical to my financial stability.
They do have limited coverage, but it works great for me and no matter where I travel (even overseas) I can get a signal somewhere in town. I will always be a T-Mobile customer.
