Pros: nice screen. one of the first to come out w/speaker phone, color screen. download ringtones on own phone w/o using internet. play games. free stuff. lots of features. very easy to use. refuse to buy new phone b/c of all the ringtones i d/led!!!
Cons: battery crapped out on me after one year. BUT you can buy replacements for CHEAP on ebay!!

"If it had a better battery it would be one of the best non camera phones out there"
Pros: The screen is great. I got it almost two years ago and it's still one of the better screens out there. The operating system to me was very intuitive and easy to learn.
Cons: Easy to scratch exterior and very very very low battery life. At this point, I'm getting a new phone because my phone does not have enough batter power to hold a call for 5 minutes. If I don't use it for a while after the battery runs out, I can talk agai

"great phone the best i ever had"
Pros: nice features and sharp looking speaker is a plus,love the ablity to add more the one phone number under each entry.
Cons: battery life sucks had to buy extended,they forgot to add the calc feature on this model,speakerphone could be louder, hard to find accessories.
