"poor very poor"
Pros: only one, voice quality
Cons: to many to list
Summary: very very spotty coverage phone will say 5 bars then walk 3 steps and it says 0- " NO SERVICE" and wen im at the 5 bars i can make a call and it sound fine but i walk 3-4 steps and boom " call dropped NO SERVICE" i've tried countless phones other people seem to have the same problem in holmen, WI also not only in one place lots more places. I call U.S Cellular and tell me that there are like 20 towers in holmen or something like that but seems like theres only one

Did you switch carriers and find that you had better reception in your area? If it was that poor with USCC the only company that *might* do better is Verizon.. but even then we are roaming partners so if it doesn't work with us it will typically not work with them. And I *highly* doubt AT&T would have been any better. I'm curious to know what happened with your cellular service.

That happens to me daily. *228 doesn't work. Then again, neither does my phone. I can't make or receive calls. Canceling my plan tomorrow.

And to do those, dial *228, press send, and once complete, turn your phone off and back on. I typically do this once a month (or more if I need to go on a road trip).

Which phone did you have? As far as I know, the Samsung U340, the Moto KRZR K1m and the new HTC XV6800 are great handsets for U.S. Cellular service. Sounds like you had a Kyocera Candid, which I had similar problems with... until I replaced it with a Motorola KRZR.
