"Sound is Crystal Clear"

Pros: Never have to worry about my phone breaking after I drop it.

Cons: No complaints about this phone.
Summary: I almost didn't buy this phone after reading all the reviews about the sound quality and static. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE!! PHONE WORKS GREAT! All you have to do is lower the volume and the SOUND is CRYSTAL CLEAR!!! After my husband saw how good my phone worked he ordered one for himself, also my sisters and several of my cousins ordered one too. All of them are happy with their phones, no complaints. Plus none of us ever have to worry about our phones breaking after we (accidently) drop them. My husband and I have lived in several different states (being in the Military). So we have used just about every cell phone provider out there. We are the happiest with Verizon. Customer service is great. No dropped calls. We can get a signal and calls where others from other cell phone providers can't. (Middle of nowhere). The other day there was a power outage and our Verizon cell phones were the only ones that were working. This was a good thing for my husband because his work cell phone (not Verizon) was dead (no signal). He had to use his personal cell phone at work and all of the other employees had to borrow his phone on that day. After the power outage alot of them switched over to Verizon. I didn't have any problems using the Back Up Assistant to transfer my Contacts from my broken (I dropped it) phone to the Boulder Phone. Customer Service helped me through it. Don't hesitate about this phone because of the bad reviews written here concerning the SOUND and Verizon Customer Service. THE PHONE WORKS FINE, THE SOUND IS CRYSTAL CLEAR AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALWAYS GREAT!!!!.
