Pros: None....okay it turns on

Cons: Speakerphone is tinny piece of crap, volume changes easily due to placement of controls, ringtones suck and you cannot download them free to replace, poor reception in areas where it was not a problem before, menu is not intuitive.

Summary: See the cons and in addition to them verizon has left me hanging, I mean I hate AT&T due to strange billing habits, but at least the phones worked decently. An international phone not activated for international, the only reason you buy this piece of garbage is because it is international. This is not brain surgery! Cannot get my voicemail in Canada when i have decent signal, voicemail arrives days later normally. I mean right now I am thinking of looking at a whole new company and plan. How anyone could offer this garbage product with this disgusting service is beyond me!

Pros: voice commands works well, easy to use.

Cons: Speakers are not clear, voices are muffled, escpecially men's deeper voices.

Summary: I dislkie this phone because I have a hard time hearing my customers on this phone. The louder and deeper the voice the more muffled the speaker.
