Pros: I love the MP3 and the swiveling keyboard. It's easy to navigate and for the most part I figured out how to work everything on my own. Great reception and I heard others well and they heard me well too.

Cons: I was disappointed you can't edit your pictures after you take them; my older model phone had this option and since I thought i was upgrading, I was let down.

Pros: Easy texting for smaller fingers; decent pic quality on default setting; data transfer is simple once you get the hang of it; decent sound (considering it's a phone); lightweight

Cons: Camera has zoom, but you lose quality; lock feature can be annoying. No video. slower texting, harder to find decent phone cover/case.

Summary: Over all, I absolutely my Razzle. I do tend to lose my signal a bit easier with this phone, but nobody seems to have a problem hearing me. I've had my Razzle for a few months (February) and so far it's managed to keep me enjoying it. Discovering the zoom function on the camera was a plus (be prepared to look for it through the menu).

Pros: looks good, qwerty keyboard

Cons: 1. others cannot hear me, although I can hear them fine.
2. no free games

Pros: It was very cool at first
Easy to use
Battery was ok

Cons: Keys are easy scratched off from heavy use
I had it for a year, and a month, then one day I woke up, no water damage, it had a white screen. I took the battery out, and it was fine. Then I had these random white lines like it had been struck by lighten

Summary: It was ok, it would randomly turn of, but over all it was a good phone. I was a very heavy user, and it held up for a little over a year. Randomly glitchy, and weird.
