Summary Have used the service for over 2 years, but finally became fed up with having to contact customer service every single month for one or more issues. After losing over draft fees due to their double charges and constant mistakes, I finally opted to use a larger national service and drop them completely.

Cons Representatives are having bad attitude on the phone. The wait time for a live advisor is taking too long.
Summary I ordered a phone on 06/08/09. When I received it, it was a used phone. I called up the company and they sent another one for me right away. After two weeks, I returned my phone via FedEx. The package was returned on 07/01/09 and as of 09/03/09 I still have not received my money back. I called and called, but no results. What should I do?

Cons had a virgin mobil phone for 3 years with no problems then got a new phone and have had nothing but problems with customer service rude advisers, refuse to fix problems

Cons LOOTED my bank account without authorization ($26.25). Enrollement agreement was CASH and submitting CC for authorized purchases.

Cons Unbearable Customer Service Phone Service, Baffling difficulties changing plans on Website and NO recourse for problems
Summary Numorous incidents top two: Once was viewing different plans, never his anything that looked like CHANGE PLAN, and later found out the website said I had changed my plan to a very expensive plan. Second incident, followed a link and thought I was signing up for a pay as you go plan, gave them money and was not. Later found I was still on the monthly plan. When I have called to clear things up, the customer service seems intentionally difficult to navigate. First the long voice driven menu options. Then once you finally get a person and have an issue they can do nothing for you, they connect to a second service desk who still can't resolve anything and you have to EMAIL your complaint in to a help desk. Horrible. Will never use them again.
