"Terrible Customer Service Resolving Billing Error!" on by Shotzi21
Pros: Cheap service
Cons: Horrible customer service resolving billing errors!
Summary: I was recently charged $92.15 for a 19 minute phone call from Florida to New Jersey. This is obviously a mistake, but after trying to resolve this issue, customer service has done nothing and does not give a reason for this charge. I am told repeatedly that they are are looking into to it. They have a terrible rating with the Better Business Bureau. I am sorry I did not check out this company before I did business with them!

How can one be charged with $92.15 if it's prepaid. That's the whole beauty of prepaid. Just put little to make calls, so they can't abuse you. I agree cell phone companies loot you knowingly or unknowingly that's why I chainged ot prepaid since 2 years. I am happy so far, other than couple of trivial things...

i have constantly had to ARGUE with virgin mobile about daily .15 charges they bill for my daughter's phone. they say she must've ACCIDENTLY hit the XL key and thus, she'll be charged .15 a day (and sometimes twice a day) until i contact them to STOP the charges. it's ridiculous since i'd gone online and bowed out of the XL on more than two ocassions. one accidental touch of a stupid key and they can rip you off daily without a blink of an eye. i wish i'd checked the bbb before i bought the 3 phones. now i have to police the charges at least twice a week!!
