Pros: Great first phone for a child. Cute pink color, great tracking.
Cons: Battery did not last very long. Wherify customer service and corporate office voicemail full since July 2008. Unable to cancel service for 8 months, no response to written requests for cancellation. What a pain!

"WHERIFY CUSTOMER SERVICE NO LONGER EXISTS!"
Pros: The gps location service was fair-good. This service has been helpful in CA, Oregon, Nevada, even Northern Baja California.
Cons: 1. Low battery life. 2. Most importantly, their customer service line, (800) 470-9115, is ALWAYS,"MAILBOX FULL". Also, customercare@wherify.com, NEVER writes back re inquiries or problems. BILLING is A HASSLE! No way to cancel monthly billing.

Pros: It is small and simple.
Cons: I cannot make outgoing calls from the phone without activation. I have been getting busy signal, "Call during regular hours", or "this mailbox is full" for two weeks now. The online activation does not work.
