"WHERIFY CUSTOMER SERVICE NO LONGER EXISTS!"
Pros: The gps location service was fair-good. This service has been helpful in CA, Oregon, Nevada, even Northern Baja California.
Cons: 1. Low battery life. 2. Most importantly, their customer service line, (800) 470-9115, is ALWAYS,"MAILBOX FULL". Also, customercare@wherify.com, NEVER writes back re inquiries or problems. BILLING is A HASSLE! No way to cancel monthly billing.
Summary: The unit's battery lasts for 18 to 36 hrs. at best. Fair to good gps location results. Customer Service is extremely poor.
