"great product with great customer support"
Pros: great customer support
Cons: can only have a few radio stations saved on it
Summary: i got this for christmas and the "c" key was defective, so i called customer support and they sent me a new one right away, and they paid the postage, not only for the new one, but also for me to send my first one back.
