Pros: The only thing I can think of for this God-awful is that it was a tank. Can't tell you how many times I dropped it, and it didn't get a scratch.

Cons: Sound quality was garbage, texting was abysmal, and the camera was a total piece.

Summary: Bottom line: the features of this phone are not worth spending money on. I truly feel like this was over $40 completely wasted. Save yourself time, money, and sanity; look for a better phone.

Forgot to mention in my original review that I had this phone from Pocket Wireless (and it was black, not purple). Horrible phone from a horrible cellular service! I actually got rid of the phone because Pocket had since ended service in my area. THANK GOD! It was awful; I NEVER got reception indoors. Coupled with the horrible phone...it was a nightmare. I actually screamed "HALLELUJAH!" when I found out I had to switch service providers and get a new phone. I've since switched over to AT&T and I'm much happier with my phone and its service. I guess Pocket's crappy service and crappy selection of phones couldn't compete with the others. For those who still have Pocket Wireless as an option, steer clear of this phone.

Pros: Nice screen,

Cons: I can't have my pc to recognize the cell zte c78. therefore, I can't use the mpe3 function. Where can i find the zte c78 driver? or what i need to do ?

Pros: Not a got dam thing!!!!

Cons: Let me be the first to tell you this phone is a piece of shyt! Please do not purchase it! the buttons get stuck while texting and the numbers and letters smeared off weeks after my purchase. Sucks for me cus now I need a new phone. I hated it!!!!!!

Summary: It functions like a piece of shyt. That's keeping it totally real. The texting experience sucked! This is the worst phone I have ever purchased and now I'm in need of another phone. I'm at work and all of a sudden I hear the metro commercial...HELLO...HELLO...HELLO,cus the peice of shyt kept turning off on it's on. I work in a quiet office, no one wants to hear tha shyt. Take this crap off the market with a quickness..!!

Pros: Cool Color

Cons: Phone freezes
Phone rests itself
Volume is very low....will have a hard time hearing your party on theline and vice versa
Terrbile battery life.......will not charge right (Charged it overnight and in the morning, hours later, was still charging)

Summary: I don't understand why Metro bothered to sell the ZTE phone line to their customers..............I guess it's all about the money. I know a lot of people who had this phone including myself and we all experienced the same problems. When I went to the Metro corporate store here, they weren't helpful at all. Just gave me a card to get the phone repaired on the other side of town. The phone was brand new out of the box and was already malfunctioned before I even used it. Also while I was there, 4 more other customers tried to return their phone but I'm pretty sure that they all got the "Card" just like I did. Metro will lose customers if they continue to sell bad phones like this. Note to Metro: Don't forget that there are 3 more competitors against you now: Boost, Cricket and even Walmart has even joined the Pre paid service business last month. We now have more choices.Keep screwing your customers with your bad phones and horrible customer service and you will ony screw yourself in the end. GOOD BYE,GOOD BYE, GOOD BYE!
